WiseSparks
Official Drawing Rules

Revised rules: October 24, 2026

Select a section to read the rules.

01

Sponsor

1.1 The WiseSparks Educational Fundraising Campaign drawing (the "Drawing") is sponsored and administered by WisdomPhilanthropy Inc. ("WisdomPhilanthropy," "we," "our"), a Florida nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

1.2 Principal place of business: 1255 La Quinta Dr, Suite 220, Orlando, Florida 32809, United States.

1.3 Mailing address: 1317 Edgewater Dr #4220, Orlando, Florida 32804, United States. This is a mailing address only. It is not a drawing location.

1.4 Website: https://wisdomphilanthropy.org. Email: venice@wisdomphilanthropy.org.

1.5 Florida charitable solicitation registration: CH81086.

1.6 The Drawing is conducted under section 849.0935, Florida Statutes. It is not a game promotion under section 849.094 and is not tied to the sale of any product or service.

02

Campaign purpose

"Contributions received through the WiseSparks fundraising campaign will support WisdomPhilanthropy's charitable educational initiatives, including the purchase and distribution of educational materials, classroom supplies, learning technology, school improvement resources, and other eligible program activities intended to benefit students and schools.

Initial program efforts will prioritize eligible educational projects in Florida while supporting the continued development and expansion of WiseSparks across the United States.

Contributions will supplement WisdomPhilanthropy's organizational resources and other fundraising efforts, subject to applicable charitable-use restrictions and the organization's financial oversight procedures."

03

Entry period

3.1 The entry period is November 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time through March 1, 2027, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The 120-day entry period counts November 2 as Day 1.

3.2 All eligible entries must be received during the Entry Period. The clock on WisdomPhilanthropy's website server is the official clock for the Drawing.

3.3 WisdomPhilanthropy will not cancel the Drawing, and will not shorten the Entry Period, after it opens (s. 849.0935(4)(h)). The only change allowed after opening is the limited postponement in Section 15.

04

Who may enter

4.1 A person may enter only if he or she:

• (a) is a legal resident of Florida;

• (b) is at least 18 years old when entering;

• (c) submits a valid entry during the Entry Period;

• (d) provides accurate contact information; and

• (e) complies with these Official Rules.

4.2 These people may not enter or win:

• (a) directors and officers of WisdomPhilanthropy Inc.;

• (b) employees and contractors of WisdomPhilanthropy Inc.;

• (c) campaign volunteers for the WiseSparks Educational Fundraising Campaign;

• (d) individuals directly responsible for administering the Drawing or for selecting or verifying winners;

• (e) individuals appointed to conduct or witness the Drawing or verify winners; and

• (f) immediate family members and household members of any person in (a) to (e). "Immediate family" means a spouse or domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild, including step and in-law relationships. "Household member" means a person who lives at the same residence, whether or not related.

4.3 No financial contribution, purchase, volunteer service or other payment is required to participate or win. These rules apply in the same way to every entrant, whether or not the entrant donates or volunteers.

05

How to enter (free)

5.1 There is one official free-entry process, and it is online only. There is no mail-in entry. During the approved Entry Period, go directly to https://wisdomphilanthropy.org/wisesparks_campaign#free-entry and select "Enter for Free." No donation selection or payment form is required.

• full legal name;

• Florida residential mailing address;

• email address;

• phone number (optional);

• a box confirming the entrant is a legal resident of Florida;

• a box confirming the entrant is at least 18 years old; and

• a box confirming the entrant has read and accepts these Official Rules.

5.2 The registration form does not ask for a donation, a purchase, payment information, a volunteer commitment, a marketing subscription, a Social Security number or a date of birth. The form is reached directly from the campaign page and is not part of the donation checkout.

5.3 The mailing address is required because Florida law requires winners to be notified at the address on the entry (s. 849.0935(4)(e)).

5.4 A registration is complete when it includes a name, a Florida residential mailing address, an email address and the three confirmations. If a required item is missing, the form will not submit and will say what is missing.

5.5 Entering does not subscribe an entrant to promotional marketing. Any future promotional marketing consent must be separate, optional and unchecked by default.

5.6 The registration form tells each entrant, before submitting, that if he or she wins, his or her first name, last initial, Florida city and prize will be published in the winners list (Section 14).

06

Entries, two drawings and limits

6.1 There are two prize drawings: the Prize One (Laptop) Drawing and the Prize Two (Television) Drawing.

6.2 Each eligible person receives one entry into each of the two prize drawings. One valid registration enrolls the person in both drawings. No further action is needed to enter the second drawing.

6.3 A person may register only once (s. 849.0935(5)). If more than one registration is received from the same person, the first complete registration received is kept and the others are not added. Duplicate registrations never increase a person's chances of winning. The same duplicate and eligibility standards apply to every entrant.

6.4 Every eligible entry has the same chance of being selected in each drawing. There are no extra entries, bonus entries, referral or sharing entries, or donor-only prizes. Donations, donation amounts and volunteer service have no effect on entries or odds.

6.5 Registrations generated by scripts, bots or other automated means, or submitted with a false name or address, are not valid entries. This applies to everyone in the same way.

6.6 Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the Prize One Drawing, each eligible entrant has one chance in the total number of eligible entrants. Because a person may win only one prize (Section 9.4), the Prize One winner is not included in the Prize Two Drawing; every other eligible entrant has one chance in the remaining number of eligible entrants.

07

Voluntary contributions

7.1 Contributions are welcome but never required. Contributions are made separately from registration through the "Make a Voluntary Contribution" action. Donation selection does not open or submit a drawing entry.

7.2 A contribution is a gift to WisdomPhilanthropy. It is not a ticket, an entry or a payment for a chance to win. Making a contribution does not create an entry. A person who wants to enter must complete the free registration in Section 5.

7.3 Contributions do not provide additional entries, improve odds, or give any preference in selection or verification. Contribution information is not available to the people who conduct the drawings.

7.4 Any separately arranged offline contribution is not a drawing entry. Entry is online only (Section 5).

7.5 The founder has confirmed possession and purchase documentation for both prizes and their gift to WisdomPhilanthropy. The Drawing and awards must not depend on a fundraising target or contribution amount.

7.6 Each contributor receives a receipt that states: "No goods or services were provided in exchange for this contribution. Entry into the WiseSparks drawing is free and open to every eligible Florida resident, and contributing did not affect your entry or your chances of winning," together with the Florida disclosure in Section 19 and our registration number CH81086. We do not describe the Drawing, or a contribution made in connection with it, as tax-deductible. On request, we will state how much of a contribution may be deductible under federal tax law (s. 496.411(2)(d)).

08

Prizes

Prize One (1): Laptop computer. One Lenovo IdeaPad laptop (machine type and model 82LV0075US), new and unused, in its sealed box. Approximate retail value (ARV): $300.

Prize Two (1): Television. One Philips 60-inch class QLED 4K Roku Smart TV (model 60PQL7656/F7), new and unused. Approximate retail value (ARV): $248.

Total ARV of all prizes: $548.

8.1 Source of prize funds (s. 849.0935(3)(c)). Both prizes were purchased by David Wisdom Jr., Founder, President and CEO of WisdomPhilanthropy Inc., with his personal funds, and were donated to WisdomPhilanthropy Inc. as personal gifts. No WiseSparks contributions and no WisdomPhilanthropy funds were used to obtain the prizes.

8.2 Both prizes will be awarded (s. 849.0935(4)(f)). No cash or substitute is offered in place of a prize, except under Section 8.3.

8.3 If a prize is lost, stolen or damaged before it is awarded, WisdomPhilanthropy will award a new item of the same make and model, or one of equal or greater value with the same main features. It will not award less than the stated ARV.

8.4 The manufacturer's warranty, if any, applies. WisdomPhilanthropy makes no other warranty.

09

Drawing date, place and selection

9.1 Selection of winners: Tuesday, March 9, 2027, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Board Room, 1255 La Quinta Dr, Orlando, Florida 32809. The founder has confirmed this office is authorized for public observation of the drawing and prize pickup.

9.2 Award of prizes: Prizes are awarded by pickup at WisdomPhilanthropy Inc., 1255 La Quinta Dr, Suite 220, Orlando, Florida 32809, after the winner's eligibility is verified, on a weekday (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM ET, within 14 calendar days after verification is complete, at a date and time in that window arranged with the winner under Section 13. A verified winner who cannot come in receives free delivery to his or her verified Florida address (Section 13.4).

9.3 The documented operating procedure calls for two witnesses, at least one independent of WisdomPhilanthropy, a recorded random selection, and retained drawing records. No independent auditing firm is represented as engaged. The exact random selection method and witness appointments require approval before registration opens. The following procedure is proposed for review:

• (a) close the registration database;

• (b) save a timestamped copy of the registration data;

• (c) apply only the eligibility and duplicate-entry standards in these rules;

• (d) give each eligible entry a unique identification number;

• (e) select winners by chance using the documented random method after that method is approved;

• (f) select the Prize One (Laptop) winner first, then the Prize Two (Television) winner;

• (g) select five ranked alternates for each prize;

• (h) record the results; and

• (i) obtain signed attestations from two witnesses, at least one independent of WisdomPhilanthropy, and retain the video recording and drawing records.

9.4 One prize per person. A person may win only one prize. Once a person is selected as the Prize One winner, that person is excluded from the Prize Two Drawing. If a person who is already confirmed for one prize is reached on the other prize's alternate list, that person is skipped and the next alternate is used.

9.5 No winner is chosen in advance, and no drawing is arranged in any way (s. 849.0935(4)(a)). The selection is designed to be fair, reproducible and auditable.

10

Winner notification

10.1 Within 3 business days after the drawing, WisdomPhilanthropy will notify each potential winner in writing by first-class mail at the mailing address on the registration (s. 849.0935(4)(e)), and also by email and by phone if a phone number was given. Evidence of each notification attempt is kept.

10.2 A potential winner must respond within 14 calendar days after the date the mailed notice is sent.

10.3 Neither WisdomPhilanthropy nor anyone acting for it will ever ask a winner for a payment, a purchase, card or bank details, or attendance at a sales presentation in order to receive a prize (s. 496.415(14)).

11

Winner verification

11.1 Before a prize is awarded, designated WisdomPhilanthropy representatives will verify the potential winner's identity, age, Florida residency, eligibility under Section 4 and contact information, and collect any tax information required by law. The same standards apply to every potential winner.

11.2 To verify, the potential winner shows a valid government-issued photo ID that confirms his or her name and age, and a document confirming a Florida residence if the ID does not show one, and signs a short eligibility declaration.

11.3 WisdomPhilanthropy will never ask for a Social Security number by email or through an unsecured form. If tax information is required by law, it will be collected through a secure process explained to the winner at that time.

12

If a winner is not eligible, cannot be reached, or declines

12.1 A potential winner forfeits the prize only if he or she:

• (a) does not meet Section 4 as published;

• (b) does not respond and complete verification within the deadline in Section 10.2;

• (c) cannot be reached because the mailed notice is returned as undeliverable and he or she does not respond to email or phone within the same deadline; or

• (d) declines the prize in writing.

12.2 The prize then goes to the next ranked alternate for that prize, who is notified and verified in the same way and has the same deadline.

12.3 If all five alternates for a prize are used, WisdomPhilanthropy will hold a new documented random selection from the remaining eligible entries within 7 calendar days, administered by the designated drawing representatives and observed by two witnesses, at least one independent of WisdomPhilanthropy, at a date, hour and place announced on the campaign page and the rules page at least 3 days in advance. This continues until the prize is awarded.

12.4 The end of a claim period never allows WisdomPhilanthropy to keep or cancel a prize. No entry or winner is ever rejected because of whether or how much he or she contributed, or for any reason not written in these rules (s. 849.0935(4)(d)).

13

Prize pickup

13.1 Each prize is awarded by pickup. After verification is complete, the winner collects the prize in person at WisdomPhilanthropy Inc., 1255 La Quinta Dr, Suite 220, Orlando, Florida 32809, on a weekday (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM ET, within 14 calendar days after verification is complete. The exact date and time within that window are confirmed with the winner in writing.

13.2 Pickup is free. Pickup hours are weekdays (Monday to Friday), 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. WisdomPhilanthropy offers pickup times within 14 calendar days after verification is complete. This pickup window is separate from, and begins after, the 14-day response deadline in Section 10.2.

13.3 A WisdomPhilanthropy board member hands over the prize at pickup or delivery. The winner shows the same photo ID used for verification and is asked to sign an acknowledgment of receipt. Nothing else is required to receive the prize.

13.4 If a verified winner cannot come in to pick up the prize, WisdomPhilanthropy will deliver it free of charge to the winner's verified Florida residential address, at a date arranged with the winner. The winner signs the acknowledgment of receipt on delivery. A prize is never kept or cancelled because a winner cannot attend pickup (Section 12.4).

14

Winners list

Within 30 days after the winners are confirmed, WisdomPhilanthropy will publish on the campaign page each winner's first name, last initial, Florida city and prize. Winners are not asked for separate consent; entrants are told this when they register (Section 5.6) and in Section 17.3. No other personal information is published. The winners list is also available by writing to the mailing address in Section 1.3.

15

Emergency postponement

15.1 If a government-declared emergency, severe weather, natural disaster, closure of the drawing location, or a serious technical interruption makes it impossible or unsafe to hold a drawing as published, WisdomPhilanthropy may postpone that drawing to the earliest date on which it can be held safely.

15.2 In that case WisdomPhilanthropy will: keep every valid entry; not reopen or extend the Entry Period; post the new date, hour and place on the campaign page and the rules page and email all entrants at least 3 days before the new date, or as early as safely possible; and hold the drawing and award both prizes under these rules.

15.3 This section does not allow WisdomPhilanthropy to cancel the Drawing, to withhold a prize, or to change the Drawing for any other reason.

16

Taxes

16.1 Each winner is responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on the prize. The prize's value is generally taxable income to the winner even if no tax form is issued.

16.2 WisdomPhilanthropy will determine and meet any reporting or withholding obligation under current IRS rules at the time of the award. Based on the ARVs in Section 8, neither prize is expected to require an IRS information return, but this will be checked against the rules in effect when the prizes are awarded.

17

Privacy

17.1 WisdomPhilanthropy uses entrant information only to administer the Drawing, verify eligibility, contact entrants and winners, award prizes, keep required records and meet legal obligations. Entering does not sign anyone up for marketing. Entrant information is never sold.

17.2 Access to entrant information is limited to the people who need it to run the Drawing, including designated drawing administrators and witnesses, who receive only the drawing list and the information needed to verify winners. Drawing records are kept for 7 years after the Entry Period closes and are then securely destroyed. Any tax form is kept separately under restricted access and destroyed when no longer required by law.

17.3 Winners list. If an entrant wins, his or her first name, last initial, Florida city and prize will be published under Section 14 without a separate request for consent.

17.4 See our Privacy & Legal Policy at https://wisdomphilanthropy.org/legal.

18

General terms

18.1 These rules are fixed when the Entry Period opens and will not be changed, except as allowed in Section 15.

18.2 WisdomPhilanthropy is not responsible for technical problems that keep a registration from being received, provided the same rule applies to every entrant.

18.3 By entering, entrants accept these rules. Decisions made under these rules are final. If any other WisdomPhilanthropy policy conflicts with these rules, these rules control for the Drawing.

18.4 Florida law governs these rules.

18.5 Questions and requests. Write to WiseSparks Drawing, WisdomPhilanthropy Inc., 1317 Edgewater Dr #4220, Orlando, Florida 32804, or email venice@wisdomphilanthropy.org. On request we will give the name and street address of a representative, the deductible amount of a contribution, and a financial statement, which we will provide within 14 days (s. 496.411(2)(c) to (e)). A copy of these rules is available at https://wisdomphilanthropy.org/rules or by mail on request.
